    5 Things you should know about me:

  • Lifelong dancer – started dancing at age 3, performed contemporary dance with a Youth Dance Company, and competed regionally and nationally before earning a degree in Dance.

  • Gymnastics background – competed at county level for 8 years and coached younger gymnasts.

  • University adventures – joined the Bristol University Army Officer Training Corps, experiencing helicopter flights, combat manoeuvres, and training in all terrains.

  • Love for adventure – passionate about travelling, exploring new places, hiking, and skiing, always followed by great food.

  • Guilty pleasure – a big fan of 80s music, especially ABBA!

1-2-2 PT sessions, bring a friend along for £40 a session

Online sessions - if you're not local don't worry!

You'll get a certificate and toolkit once completed so you can continue your fitness journey on your own.

We will also take measurements/photos and do a mini fitness test at the beginning and end to see your progress.
